We wonder if this isn't hitting a bit below the belt (who knows what other charitable works these figure contribute to?), and looking over the list we might argue that SF is mischaracterizing Mr. Torre's generosity. That said, we wonder why certain foundations aren't submitting their paperwork to the IRS.

PS: Alex, can't we do a little better than "The Arod Foundation"?

I am guessing that Torre's initial funding of his foundation took a smaller percentage of his net worth than even you or I give away annually, on about 1/100000th of the salary (though I don't know your salary, YF). But I do recall Joe doing much work for prostate cancer research, so don't take this as a blanket condemnation of the man or men (Bruce Willis excepted) - I like Joe. Relax, YF, where's that sense of humor?!
